Job summary

AriensCo Hospitality in Brillion, WI is seeking enthusiastic bartenders who excel at creating unforgettable guest interactions. You'll mix cocktails, recommend drinks, and ensure a smooth bar operation at weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions at Round Lake Farms and Stone Prairie.

The role requires proven bartending experience, solid knowledge of mixing and garnishing, strong customer service and communication, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Computer literacy.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
• Responsible Beverage Training Certificate or ability to complete the course within one month of hiring date.
• Flexible Schedule to include nights and weekends.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for guests.
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all beverage regulations.
