Job Description

AriensCo Hospitality has opportunity for enthusiastic bartenders, motivated by creating unforgettable guest interactions, exceeding expectations with every encounter. Events will include weddings, corporate gatherings, and other special occasions at breathtaking venues in Brillion, WI (Round Lake Farms and Stone Prairie). Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for guests
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all beverage regulations

Requirements

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• “Responsible Beverage” Training Certificate or ability to complete the course within one month of hiring date
• Flexible Schedule to include nights and weekends
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
