Job summary

AriensCo Hospitality in Brillion, WI is seeking enthusiastic bartenders who thrive on creating unforgettable guest interactions. You will mix drinks, assess guest preferences, and deliver exceptional service at weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions at breathtaking venues.

The role requires proven bartending experience, knowledge of mixing and garnishing, strong communication, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and the ability to work legally in the United States

Qualifications

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Computer literacy.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
• "Responsible Beverage" Training Certificate or ability to complete within one month of hiring date.
• Flexible schedule to include nights and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for guests.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
