Job summary

SSA Group, LLC. seeks a Catering Bartender to deliver warm, welcoming experiences at events across multiple locations. You will handle bar setup, guest service, and timely fulfillment.

You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and work nights, weekends and holidays. Previous bartending or event industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to articulate to our client, General Manager and HQ personnel.
• Excelled problem solving/decision making skills and the ability to stay organized.
• Able to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate all equipment necessary to perform job duties.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (35lbs).
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory of bar supplies.
• Fulfill guests' needs quickly and efficiently and resolve complaints.
• Set up, execute, and breakdown bars during each event.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
