Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate to clients and HQ personnel.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making, with organizational ability.
• Able to remain flexible in a fast-paced event environment.
• Must be able to operate all equipment necessary for bartending duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform SSA EXTRA Guest Service steps to ensure a memorable experience for guests and clients.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory of products.
• Fulfill guest needs quickly and resolve complaints effectively.
• Set up, execute, and break down bars during events.
• Contribute to overall productivity of banquet events as assigned.
• Demonstrate knowledge of drinks and bartending techniques with guest service in mind.
• Maintain a safe environment by serving guests responsibly.
• Perform strenuous manual labor as required (equipment handling, setup, teardown).
