The Culinary Institute of America in Napa, CA seeks a Special Events Operations Manager to oversee luxury banquets, weddings, corporate and educational events, including graduations and orientations. Qualifications

• Associate degree in hospitality or management or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in event banquet management or 2 years in restaurant management with banquet experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of luxury events and banquets.
• Staff, train, schedule, and manage front-of-house banquet staff.
• Coordinate setup, service, and post-event processes.
