Job summary

Encore Event Center is seeking a banquet bartender to deliver welcoming service and create an outstanding guest experience. You will be attentive, professional, and in constant communication with the lead banquet bartender while mixing drinks, following recipes, stocking glassware, and keeping the bar clean and organized.

The role requires bartending experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Job Description:

The responsibility of a banquet bartender is to deliver welcoming service to create an outstanding experience. As a banquet bartender the main duty is to be attentive, professional, and most importantly be always in communication with the lead banquet bartender. They must perform a variety of tasks, which includes mixing drinks, creating cocktails, following recipes, stocking up the bar with glassware, and keeping the bar counter clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent customer service, patience, and politeness.
• Able to communicate in a professional and adequate manner.
• Able to speak and understand English
• Team Player-Being a team player is necessary.
• Must have bartending experience.
• Able to mix and create cocktails.
• Able to work in a fast and professional manner.

Prior experience as a restaurant server, waiter, waitress, wait staff, host, runner or another front of the house highly desirable.
