Encore Event Center is seeking a banquet bartender to deliver welcoming service and ensure an outstanding experience at events in Cleveland, OH. You will work closely with the lead banquet bartender, mix drinks, follow recipes, and keep the bar organized.

The role requires bartending experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while communicating professionally in English.

The responsibility of a banquet bartender is to deliver welcoming service to create an outstanding experience. As a banquet bartender the main duty is to be attentive, professional, and most importantly be always in communication with the lead banquet bartender. They must perform a variety of tasks, which includes mixing drinks, creating cocktails, following recipes, stocking up the bar with glassware, and keeping the bar counter clean and organized.
