Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a staff member to support bar service during events at our venue. You will be responsible for staying informed about menu items, following event guidelines, and maintaining a clean, safe service area.

Qualifications include the ability to work late hours, strong interpersonal skills, and a Responsible Alcohol Training Certification or equivalent. Experience in live music environments is a plus, with a fast-paced, bustling venue atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions.
• Follow Special Events guidelines to ensure event success.
• Stock ice, liquor, beer, and wine; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clean and maintain bar equipment.
• Open, run, and close side duties per policy.
• Dispose trash and recyclables properly.
• Sort glass, cardboard, and plastics per local codes.
• Operate trash compactor per procedures.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per laws.
• Keep trash containers clean and odor-free.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Par ice bins to full levels.
• Par bars per venue specifications.
• Wash bar glassware with proper cleaning supplies.
• Occasionally work Special Events across the venue.
