Job summary

opryentertainment's venues are seeking a Barback to keep our bars stocked and operations running smoothly during high-volume events. You will stock, clean, and assist the bartending team to ensure fast service and unforgettable guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are fast, friendly, and possess solid communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a live music environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• State Alcohol Education Card required upon hire.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock bars, concession stands, and satellite locations for events.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas throughout events.
• Communicate daily entertainment and upcoming events in venue.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation (FIFO), and date labeling for freshness.
• Ensure waste is disposed of properly and guest areas stay clean.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and policies.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and perform opening, running, and closing duties.
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
