Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a bartender for its venues to provide exceptional guest service, handle cash and POS transactions, and maintain bar operations. You will perform pour tests, upsell beverages and menu items, and ensure safety and compliance with alcohol policies during high-volume events.

The role requires flexibility to work late hours, physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and experience in a fast-paced live entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• State or County Licensee or Certification required.
• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training certification or equivalent.
• Ability to work late hours and flexible schedule.
• Cash handling experience and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass pour test and mixology drills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a friendly, natural manner.
• Cultivate regular guests and encourage repeat business.
• Complete a pour test prior to shifts where applicable.
• Suggestively sell beverages and menu items.
• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly.
• Prepare guest checks on the POS terminal and process payments.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Open, run, and close according to policy; manage the bar during shifts.
