Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Chicago is seeking a motivated bar team member to support front-of-house service during events. This role focuses on assisting bartenders, stocking supplies, and ensuring a smooth guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow safety and sanitation standards, help open and close shifts, manage ice, glassware, and trash, and collaborate with team to deliver excellent service at concerts and special events.

Qualifications

• Required: State or County Licensee or Certification or Responsible Alcohol Training Certification.
• Demonstrated ability to work late hours and maintain flexibility in scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions.
• Follow event guidelines to ensure event success.
• Stock ice, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clean and assist with maintaining bar equipment and glassware.
• Open, run, and close shifts per Live Nation policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation; manage trash, recycling, and local codes.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and company policies.
