Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms per BEO outlines including linens, furniture and props.
• Breakdown, dispose, and store banquet equipment after functions.
• Complete breakdown and return supplies to storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of banquet equipment, function spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Assist with event changes and guest requests during events.
• Monitor rooms to ensure proper setup and organization for service.
• Provide courteous, responsive service and cooperate with other departments.
