Job summary

Palette Hotels is seeking a Banquet Server to assist with setup, service, and break-down for meetings, weddings, and events. You will follow detailed floorplans, move furniture and AV gear, and ensure timely readiness while maintaining guest satisfaction.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or event setup preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move banquet tables, chairs, staging, and AV equipment.
• Set up and break down event spaces based on floorplans and diagrams.
• Operate dollies, carts, and rolling racks safely and efficiently.
• Inspect equipment and furniture for cleanliness and function before events.
• Maintain storage areas in a clean, organized manner.
• Support other departments during high-volume event days.
