Job summary

Sparrow's Point Country Club, part of Troon, is seeking a part-time Banquet Server in Dundalk, MD. Earn $18.00–$20.00 per hour while supporting event setup and guest service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months banquet setting and service experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Past catering, banquet, or server experience is a plus.
• Must be 18+ to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of banquet setup.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares function site and assures meeting room is set according to specifications.
• Serves food and beverage items to guests according to guidelines.
• Sets dining tables, buffets, and service areas as directed by the event order.
• Communicates guest requests to the Department Manager.
• Keeps banquet areas clean and stocked; assists in inventory control.
