Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities include setting up spaces, serving meals, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 months banquet experience or training.
• Past catering, banquet, or server experience is a plus.
• Must be 18+ to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of banquet setup.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare function sites and ensure meeting rooms are set per specifications.
• Serve food and beverage to guests per guidelines.
• Set dining tables, buffets, and service areas per Banquet Event Order.
• Communicate guest requests to the Department Manager.
• Help maintain a clean banquet or catering area and equipment.
• Assist in inventory control and waste monitoring in banquet areas.
• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs.
• Follow safe work practices in performance of duties.
• Perform other duties as required.
