Job summary

The Hotel at Arundel Preserve in Hanover, MD is seeking a Banquet Server to join the Banquets team. You will provide attentive service during banquets, meetings, and special occasions, working with the Banquet Captain and culinary staff from setup to breakdown.

Position offers $9.00 per hour plus tips, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic hospitality environment. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 30lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, glassware, décor).
• Deliver prompt and courteous food and beverage service during events.

• Assist with post-event breakdown and reset for future functions.
