Job summary

The Hotel at Arundel Preserve in Maryland is seeking enthusiastic Banquet Servers to join our events team. You will support banquet operations, coordinate with the Banquet Captain and culinary staff, and help create memorable guest experiences during banquets and meetings.

Ideal candidates have banquet/restaurant serving experience, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

• Banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, linens, glassware, and décor.
• Deliver prompt and courteous food and beverage service throughout the event.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization during service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient event execution.
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Assist with post-event breakdown and reset for future functions.
