Job summary

Responsibilities

• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol service protocols.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen and offer recommendations.
• Keep kitchen staff informed of orders, times and changes.
• Serve guests' selections from kitchen/bar and deliver accompaniments.
• Issue bills and collect payment by cash, card, or room charges.
• Assist other servers as needed.
