Concord in Moon Township, PA is seeking a part-time Banquet Server to support receptions, meetings and special events. You will deliver attentive service, set up banquet spaces, and coordinate with teammates to ensure smooth event execution.

The role requires strong communication, a guest-focused attitude, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Training is provided to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior serving or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Arrange place settings, tables, chairs, linens according to BEOs.
• Carry trays of food, pour water and wine, service multiple courses and buffet lines.
• Communicate menu questions and dietary needs to guests.
• Set up and maintain clean tables between courses.
• Assist fellow servers during peak periods.
