Concord in Moon Township, PA is seeking a part-time Banquet Server to support receptions, meetings and special events. You will deliver attentive service, set up banquet spaces, and coordinate with teammates to ensure smooth event execution.

The role requires strong communication, a guest-focused attitude, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Training is provided to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior serving or hospitality experience is a plus.

We are hiringBanquet Server(s)

As a Banquet Server you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests during receptions, meetings,trainings, reunions, and otherspecial events. Your passion for service, teamwork, and attention to detail will ensure that every event runs smoothly and leavesa lasting impression.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers
• Arrange place settings, tables, chairs, linens according to Banquet Event Order (BEOs).
• Must be able to carry trays of food from staging areas, pour water and wine, while servicing multiple course meals and buffet lines.
• Communicate effectively withguestregardingmenu questions and any special dietary needs.
• Set up, execute, andmaintainclean tables between the different courses.
• Assistfellow servers during peak periods to fulfill guest requests.
• Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-tyle meal services (training provided) to Brand and company standards.
• Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.

Qualifications
