Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival.
• Follow established service sequence per the BEO for consistent guest experiences.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times and communicate needs to management.
• Clean and reset tables and transport dirty dishes to bus tub or dish room.
• Safely move chairs, tables, and highchairs as required.
• Ensure safety and sanitation policies are followed.
