Qualifications

• Banquet, catering, bar, or hotel service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and a professional, welcoming approach.
• Ability to work in a busy, event-driven environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and stay active during shifts.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up, service, and break down banquet rooms and bar stations per event requirements.
• Provide timely, courteous food and beverage service during meetings and events.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout events and at closing.
• Collaborate with banquet leadership, kitchen staff, and team members for smooth execution.
• Monitor guest needs and resolve service issues discreetly.
• Process payments, tabs, and cash as required.
• Restock supplies, glassware, linens, and inventory as needed.
• Follow responsible alcohol service procedures, including ID checks.
• Support additional hospitality duties to enhance guest experiences.
