Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for banquet and catered events.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests.
• Verify guest age and follow responsible alcohol service practices.
• Set up and break down banquet bars according to event specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout events.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately when applicable.
• Follow all company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with banquet servers, culinary staff, and event managers to ensure seamless event execution.
