Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Bartender to provide courteous and efficient beverage service during banquet events. You will set the bar, prepare drinks, follow event orders, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Previous bartending experience is required.

Responsibilities include handling POS orders, payments, and collaborating with staff to ensure timely service, with attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have previous bartending experience.
• 1 year: Experience as barback or bartender in hotel or restaurant.
• Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar, prep garnishes, and ensure stock of service ware and equipment.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standards and guest preferences.
• Prepare specialty drinks per Banquet Event Orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and reset stations after service.
