The Warrior Hotel is seeking a Banquet/Catering Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service for events and banquets in a fast-paced setting. You will prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, collaborate with catering teams, and ensure guest satisfaction while following safety and sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates have bartending experience, knowledge of drink recipes, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifikationen

Legal age to serve alcohol in the United States.
Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in banquet or catering.
Knowledge of standard drink recipes and beverage preparation techniques.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

Prepare and serve beverages at banquets, weddings, corporate events and other catered functions.
Set up and break down bar stations, keep supplies clean and stocked.
Engage with guests professionally and respond to requests.
Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and hotel policies; monitor guest IDs.
Collaborate with catering staff for smooth service and timely delivery of beverages.
Handle cash/credit transactions accurately when applicable.
Monitor inventory and communicate needs to management.
Maintain cleanliness of bar areas during and after events.
