Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Banquet team is seeking a energetic Banquet Bartender to deliver beverage service at weddings, meetings, conferences, and other events. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to established recipes while providing friendly, efficient, and professional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and break down banquet bar stations for events.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Greeting guests with a friendly and professional attitude while delivering exceptional service.
• Verify guest age and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of bar areas and equipment.
• Monitor beverage inventory and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors.
• Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately when required.
• Work closely with banquet servers, culinary teams, and event staff to ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and other banquet-related duties as assigned.
