Job summary

You will troubleshoot issues, supervise technicians, mentor staff, and maintain equipment, reporting to project management. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 3+ years of event technology experience are required; a valid driver’s license is also needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of event technology experience with AV, lighting, projection or video.
• Experience in hospitality/event environments is a plus.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: setup, operation and breakdown of advanced audiovisual equipment.
• Troubleshoots technical issues and resolves problems quickly.
• Customer Service: delivers excellent service and client satisfaction.
• Training/Staff Development: mentors technical staff and leads by example.
• Event Supervision: supervises technicians during events and ensures smooth execution.
• Equipment Maintenance: maintains and secures equipment before, during, and after events.
