As an Event Associate, HQ Events & Experiences, you will handle the planning and execution of high-quality meetings, events, and experiences at Stand Together's Ballston Exchange headquarters. From initial discovery through event execution and follow-up, you will serve as a trusted event partner—anticipating needs, navigating changing priorities, and helping internal business partners create experiences that foster connection, collaboration, and meaningful progress toward Stand Together's vision. This approach reflects Stand Together's emphasis on empowering people, creating value for others, and enabling bottom-up contributions toward a shared vision.
This role is based at our Ballston Exchange headquarters and requires regular in-office presence to support the planning and execution of events. Regular interaction with internal business partners and cross-functional teams is essential to delivering seamless, high-quality event experiences.
