We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events. The ideal candidate will assist with logistics, vendor coordination, setup, and guest relations to ensure each event runs smoothly and successfully.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure timely deliveries and services.
Help with event setup, registration, signage, and breakdown.
Maintain event supplies and inventory.
Support the team in managing event timelines and schedules.
Greet guests, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service during events.
Assist in monitoring budgets and expenses under the direction of the Event Coordinator.
Prepare and distribute event materials (badges, agendas, promotional items).
Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, email communications, and event reporting.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or event planning software.
