Job Description: Event Assistant – Sweat & Chill

Compensation: $100

Hours: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Sweat & Chill is seeking two reliable and energetic event assistants to support setup and breakdown of our cold plunge tubs at our upcoming wellness event. Responsibilities include transporting and loading ice to maintain optimal water temperature throughout the day, as well as assisting with equipment before and after the event.

Requirements:

Must be able to lift 40–60 lbs

Comfortable with physical tasks and working outdoors

Punctual and team-oriented

In addition to payment, assistants will receive free access to the event, including:

• Cold plunge therapy

• Wellness product giveaways
