The Event and Development Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Paramus, NJ. This role supports the planning and execution of fundraising events, community programs, and donor engagement activities, including coordinating logistics, maintaining event timelines, and preparing materials. The assistant helps manage donor and participant information, processes registrations and RSVPs, and assists with follow-up communications and stewardship activities. Daily responsibilities include providing administrative support to the development team, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with research on donors and prospects. The role also involves collaborating with staff and volunteers to ensure events run smoothly and align with organizational goals.
This position requires in-office work with a remote day generally on Fridays.
