Kodiak Area Native Association (KANA) is seeking an Event and AV Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute events across Kodiak locations. This role requires hands-on AV setup, on-site management, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

The Event and AV Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of internal and external events at assigned KANA locations. Primary responsibilities include audiovisual (AV) setup and operation, event coordination, and on-site logistical support. The role requires hands-on work, regular in-person presence, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience with the public. Associate's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality, management, information technology, or related fields preferred. Knowledge of OBS and other AV software is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of Alaska Native culture and communications is preferred.
Valid Driver's License. Reliable transportation or comfortability with driving a company-owned vehicle is required.
KANA's standard work schedule is 37.5 working hours per week, consisting of 7.5 paid working hours per day plus a one-hour unpaid lunch break (8.5 hours on site per day). This role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
