The role includes retrieving carts, stocking, cleaning tasks, and basic maintenance while providing friendly, professional service. Applicants must be at least 14, with 16+ for evening hours, and be able to work independently or on a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 14 years old.
• Must be at least 16 years old to work past 7 PM.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision making capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize with focus on customer service.
• Must be willing to learn the products and services offered.
• Must express a positive and friendly attitude and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with bagging and duties throughout the store.
• Safely retrieve carts from the parking lot and maintain cart area.
• Assist customers with bagging groceries and provide efficient service.
• Maintain stock at check lanes and keep cart room organized.
• Assist customer service team with cleaning and sanitation, keeping logs up to date.
• Perform routine building maintenance (restrooms, floors, entrances).
• Face shelves and stock products during downtime as needed.
