Job summary

Immediate Care Walk-In Management LLC seeks a Certified Medical Assistant to support providers and patients in a fast-paced setting in Bloomfield. You will interview patients, measure vitals, document in charts, and assist with procedures in exam rooms.

The role requires active BLS, CMA certification, and willingness to work varied shifts including some evenings and weekends. Cross-training for registration and travel to other sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Active BLS through AHA.
• Certification of CMA education program.
• Active CMA certification through recognized CMA bodies.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and measure vital signs, documenting in charts.
• Assist providers in exam rooms and give patient instructions.
• Perform procedures such as blood draw and EKG as trained.
• Maintain exam rooms and stock medical supplies.
• Handle calls and support patient needs; cross-train for registration when needed.
