Qualifications

• Must have a Medical Assistant certification.
• Ability to maintain effective and organized patient flow.
• Phlebotomy and injections experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and document vitals in charts.
• Assist providers in exam rooms and relay instructions.
• Perform blood draws and EKGs as needed.
• Maintain exam rooms and stock medical supplies.
• Handle patient/provider/pharmacy calls.
• Maintain logs and required checks (temperatures, medications, oxygen, etc.).
• All other duties as assigned.
