Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Hart County Rehab & Wellness Center is hiring a part-time Receptionist for evenings (Mon-Fri, 4:30pm–8:30pm). This role supports front-office operations, answers calls, directs inquiries, and assists with clerical tasks in a 104-bed facility committed to resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

Responsibilities

• Receptionists provide general office support including answering calls, directing to departments, and mail distribution.
• Handle incoming calls and route to appropriate stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support clerical tasks and contribute to a welcoming front-office experience.
