Signature HealthCARE of Oakview is hiring a Weekend Receptionist to support front desk operations at Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Calvert City, KY. You will handle incoming calls, direct inquiries to the right departments, and manage mail distribution, contributing to a resident-centered environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of customer service or clerical experience.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders, and mail distribution.
