Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Hart County Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking a part-time receptionist for evenings (Mon-Fri, 4hrs, 4:30pm–8:30pm) with no weekends. You will handle incoming calls, route them to the right departments, and manage mail distribution to keep the front office running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months of customer service or related clerical experience. Benefits are included with a supportive team environment in Hart County, Kentucky.

• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders, and mail distribution.
