Responsibilities include dispensing, compounding, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited school.
• 0 to 2 years of pharmacy experience.
• Licensed Pharmacist - MN/WI eligible upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Provides optimal pharmaceutical care for patients and oversees medication management.
• Evaluates patient medication therapies and outcomes.
• Reviews medications and patient profiles for potential interactions.
• Dispenses medications and ensures accurate compounding and labeling.
• Counsels patients on medications and adherence; collaborates with the care team.
