Job summary

Carlton Shores Health & Rehab Center in Daytona Beach, FL seeks an Evening Supervising RN/LPN (3p-11p) to oversee residents and supervise the nursing team. A current Florida RN or LPN license and supervisory experience are required.

Responsibilities include admissions/discharges, staffing assignments for LPNs/CNAs, billing documentation, daily rounds, and maintaining infection control and safety. This on-site role supports compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN or LPN license.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Experience supervising nursing staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives to improve care and workflow.
• Complete admissions and discharge assessments.
• Supervise nursing staff and allocate duties to LPNs and CNAs.
• Document services rendered to residents for billing purposes.
• Make daily rounds to monitor resident care.
• Maintain infection control and safety in the unit.
