Gravity Haus in Breckenridge, CO is seeking a reliable Steward/Dishwasher to keep our kitchen clean and organized during busy shifts. This entry point into the culinary world offers growth with a professional kitchen team.

You’ll wash dishes, maintain sanitation, and support the back-of-house workflow, with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Our benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) match, and exclusive Gravity Haus member perks.

Formación

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware efficiently and thoroughly.
• Ensure items are properly organized and stored in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish area, including machines, floors, walls and sinks.
• Take out trash, recycling, and compost; clean bins as needed.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep or maintenance tasks as requested by the chef team.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and health department regulations.
• Work as a team member to support smooth kitchen operations during and after service.
• Alert management to equipment issues or safety concerns.

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Steward/Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. Stewards play a crucial role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the shift. Key Responsibilities
