Gravity Haus is hiring a reliable Steward/Dishwasher to support our back-of-house team in a fast-paced kitchen. This entry-point role focuses on cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the shift, with opportunities to learn alongside a professional kitchen crew.

We value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to follow directions. Evening/weekend availability is expected, and full-time benefits include health insurance and a company match 401(k).

Competenze

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.

• Take out trash, recycling, and compost; clean bins.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep or maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and health regulations.
• Support kitchen operations as a team during service.
