Job summary

The BridgeWay is seeking an Intake Coordinator to support the assessment team by coordinating admissions for patients and ensuring efficient scheduling. You will work closely with the Nursing Department and external clinicians to facilitate the admission process and maintain accurate records in hospital systems.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, CPR and CPI certifications, and 1 year of insurance verification/billing experience.

Qualifications

• Current CPR and CPI certifications.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year experience with insurance verification/billing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission process for all patients.
• Receive referrals, gather and verify pertinent information for scheduling assessments.
• Schedule patients for assessments and coordinate with Nursing Department and external clinicians.
• Input statistical information into hospital systems and perform clerical duties as needed.
