Job summary

The BridgeWay in Arkansas seeks an Intake Coordinator to support the admissions team. You will process referrals, verify information, and schedule assessments, collaborating with Nursing and external clinicians to ensure a smooth intake for patients.

Role requires strong communication, organization, and empathy, with attention to detail and proficiency in medical terminology. Onsite work and hospital environment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience with insurance verification/billing preferred.
• Current CPR and CPI certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission process for all patients.
• Receive referrals, gather information, and schedule assessments.
• Input statistical information into hospital systems.
• Assist Nursing Department and external clinicians in admissions.
