Job summary

SBM is seeking a facilities janitorial professional in the United States for 3:00pm–11:30pm shifts, performing routine cleaning, hazardous waste handling, and safety-compliant operations. The role requires adaptability, teamwork, and a professional demeanor on-site.

You will follow schedules, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure a clean, safe work environment while reporting incidents and coordinating with supervisors.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require a valid driver's license and safety certification.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and follow the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain area cleanliness.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor and follow safety rules.
• Work in a team, take direction, and present a professional appearance.
• Understand customer service and environmental reporting processes.
• Support shift lead with punch-list items and cover staff shortages.
