Responsibilities

• Assist the Activity Director in the planning, development, and implementation of activities.
• Proactively encourage and support residents' rights.
• Develop and lead small, medium, and large group activities.
• Work with residents who are low functioning.
• Contribute to residents' care planning and documentation.
• Assist with development of the monthly calendar for activities.
• Maintain a safe activity environment and transport residents as needed.
