Job summary

Pine Haven Christian Communities in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to help residents stay active, engaged, and connected through a variety of activities and programs. You will build relationships and encourage participation in daily moments.

This part-time or full-time role requires empathy, teamwork, and attention to safety in a resident-centered environment. The schedule includes every other Saturday 10:00am-3:00pm and involvement across activities.

Qualifications

• Lead and assist with group and one-on-one activities.
• Encourage residents to participate and stay socially engaged.
• Build meaningful relationships through conversation and companionship.
• Escort residents to and from activities as needed.
• Help create a warm, welcoming, and positive environment.
• Assist with activity setup, cleanup, and organizing supplies.
• Document activity participation and maintain required records.
• Observe residents and communicate any changes to the nursing team.
• Follow safety, infection control, and Pine Haven policies.
• Work as part of a caring, resident-centered team.
