Job summary

Superior Healthcare Management is seeking a Part-Time PM Activity Aide for Highland Chateau Health + Rehabilitation Center in St. Paul, MN.

The PM shift offers evenings with every other weekend daytime hours, focusing on engaging activities for residents to enhance daily living. Responsibilities include planning and leading recreational activities, guiding residents in games and crafts, and transporting participants as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with seniors or healthcare preferred but not required.
• Friendly, energetic, and patient with good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, compassionate, and enjoy working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and leading recreational and therapeutic activities for residents.
• Engage residents in games, crafts, music, exercise, and special events.
• Help set up, clean up, and transport residents to and from activities.
• Document participation and provide feedback to the Activities Director.
• Promote a positive, fun, and inclusive environment for all residents.
