Rite of Passage is seeking a dedicated Therapist for their Evening Learning Center in Flint, MI. This role involves leading groups and supervising at-risk youth, helping them navigate through structured activities designed to support their growth.

The ideal candidate will possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and appropriate licensure in mental health. A range of benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) match after one year is offered, as well as a competitive salary ranging from $67,000 to $72,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Licensure as LCSW, LSW or LPC; limited licenses acceptable.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass background and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups and monitor the day-to-day activities of youth.
• Serve as a leader among the Rite Care site team.
• Manage casework and provide mentoring.
